Job Description
Essential
- Follow and assist in the design and implementation of upgrades and new business processes with in ERP configuration.
- Identifies and Reviews standard ERP parameters, including application controls, authorizations and standard security configuration.
- Implements database modifications in accordance with change control requests.
- Assist in modification and implementation of ERP Software enhancements in accordance with Application Development Methodology for current applications.
- Design, develop and modify reports , using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design according to users requests and needs.
- Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.
- Confer with systems analysts , engineers , programmers and others to design system and to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities , performance requirements and interfaces.
- Communicate and align with ERP vendor
Marginal
- Prepares and participates in career development and staff review processes.
- Creates and develops administrative processes to support the ERP system
- Prepares budget relates to the system and database administration.
- Manages productivity, cost-effectiveness and quality through effective planning and management of people and resources
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science.
- Minimum three years experience as administrator of an EPR. Experience with ERP packages (for example Oracle, SAP) preferred.
- Excellent computer skills
- Knowledge of ERP database management systems, applications, and database components.
- Ability to manage ERP security model to ensure data integrity and security.
- Excellent English, verbal / written communication
- Ability to work well through others
