Communicating with subject matter expert and different stakeholders to produce different types of documentation including end-user or technical documentation. Examples of produced material are: user guides, deployment guides, operation manuals, administration manuals, deployment and troubleshooting guides, computer-based training material, training labs and presentations.
Creating technical content using the suitable tools (WriteIT provides training and mentoring on using different tools) during the required time frame
Creating professional templates to use them while writing
Applying customer feedback
Localizing software user Interfaces to best fit user experience
Handling the linguistic and usability revision of the software user interfaces.

Proficiency in Arabic and English languages (Written & Spoken) – Mastering French language is a plus
Ability to analyze customer needs
Excellent communication and time management skills
