Job Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Fullstack Development: Lead the end-to-end development of web applications, from back end to front end, using Laravel for the back end and modern front end framework React.js.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and other developers to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
- Architecture and Design: Architect and implement efficient and maintainable code structures, following best practices and coding standards. Design database schemas and optimize database performance as needed.
- Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior developers, sharing your expertise and providing support in their professional growth and development.
- Technical Leadership: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies, advocating for their adoption when appropriate. Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team in adopting new technologies and best practices.
- Problem-Solving: Analyze complex technical challenges and propose innovative solutions to overcome them. Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise, ensuring timely resolution.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in full-stack web development, with a focus on Laravel for back end development.
- Laravel Proficiency: Expertise in Laravel PHP framework, including building RESTful APIs, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.
- Front End Development: Proficiency in front end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries like Vue.js or React.js is highly desirable.
- Database Management: Strong understanding of relational databases and experience with database design, optimization, and query optimization.
- Version Control: Proficiency in version control systems like Git, including branching, merging, and pull request workflows
