Job Description
- Receive sales forecast then transferring to annually material plan
- Budgeting for all the required material annually and monthly
- Ordering imported& local production material (PP, PS,…….) by using MRP.
- Ordering bulk materials (chemical, subsidiary, consumable and housekeeping materials) by using ROP.
- Machines maintenance material (spare parts, tools, filters…) ordering and controlling.
- Follow up all open orders status (LC, TT, shipping, custom clearance…)
- Delivery plan for all local material.
- Release required production material as plan and consumption.
- Reporting over consumption material monthly basis.
- Daily report for critical material.
- Expiry materials control FIFO.
Job Requirements
Qualifications :
- Bsc of industrial/Production engineering (5 years experience)
- Manufacturing background.
