Job Scope:
- Responsible for supporting high-level executives and management or entire departments.
Main Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide administrative support and performs numerous duties, including scheduling, writing correspondence emails.
- Handle visitors, routing callers, and answering questions and requests.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to departments or individuals.
- Alert manager about cancellation or new meetings.
- Handle information requests.
- Prepare correspondence and stuff mail into envelopes.
- Arrange for outgoing mail and packages to be picked up.
- Helps prepare office budget.
- Operate office equipment, such as photocopy machine and scanner.
Job Requirements
- From 1 to 2 years of experience.
- Residents of Nasr City or Heliopolis only.
- Microsoft Office knowledge.
- Presentable.
- Very good command of both English and Arabic languages.
