Job Description
Main Duties:
- Generate new leads that might benefit from company products or services and maximizing client potential in designated regions.
- Expand existing accounts within an established geographic territory by communicating effectively and regularly with the customers and assess their requirements and their future potential needs to ensure their satisfaction.
- Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
- Support marketing activities.
- Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
- Stay up to date on new market trends.
- Stay up to date with product specifications, new products, and products developments
- Present sales status reports to direct manager, those are useful to monitor & control sales aiming to improve the sales performance.
- Proactively manages customers’ satisfaction and service delivery by anticipating potential service problems, and monitoring satisfaction.
- Participate in collecting data about competitors and the company market share to assist the manager and department in setting and updating the sales plans.
Job Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in engineering from a reputable university. (Must)
- Proven experience in customer service and sales in B2B. (Must)
- Owning a car. (Must)
Technical Requirements:
- Good financial skills (financial knowledge: cost analysis - budgeting - risk analysis).
- Very good sales techniques (customer selection, customer segmenting, and deal closing).
- Very good negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of sales performance metrics.
- Good knowledge of CRM systems.
Computer & Language Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office. (Must)
- Excellent command of English. (Must)
