Job Description
As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries and bookings. You will provide exceptional customer service to our high-end clientele, assisting them with reserving luxury accommodations and premium vehicle rentals. This role requires excellent communication skills, in-depth product knowledge, and the ability to provide tailored solutions to meet each customer's unique needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly, professional, and personalized customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Respond to inbound inquiries about our elite suite and car rental offerings, including availability, pricing, amenities, and special features
- Process reservations and bookings for luxury suites, villas, and premium vehicle rentals
- Upsell and cross-sell additional services and amenities to enhance the customer experience
- Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and bookings
- Stay up-to-date on product details, promotional offers, and industry trends
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer journey
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a call center, hospitality, or customer service environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
