Job Description
1. Identify and quantify cost factors, such as production time, materials, and labor expenses.
2. Prepare cost breakdown for landscape items in Tender B.O.Q.
3. Easily move to job sites to gather information on materials needed, labor required, and other factors.
4. Read all Tender documents in order to prepare estimates.
5. Collaborate with all departments such as Planning team, Q.S team, Accounting team on tender requires.
6. Recommend ways to reduce project cost if applicable taking into consideration the quality
7. Prepare Subcontractor set “drawing, B.O.Q, spec” & follow-up & Compare their quotations.
8. Determinate the indirect cost & overhead of the tender project.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 5 - 8 years of experience in the same field.
