Job Description

We are looking for Payroll processor for United States Taxes, specializing in the accurate and timely preparation and filing of all payroll tax-related forms. You will ensure our clients remain compliant with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations, providing them with peace of mind and excellent support.

The office working hours will be between 3:00 pm to 12:00 am and during the time saving 4:00pm to 1:00 am.

Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare, review, and file all required federal, state, and local payroll tax returns (e.g., Forms 941, 940, W-2, W-3, state unemployment insurance, and various local payroll taxes). 

- Ensure accurate and timely payment of payroll tax liabilities for a diverse portfolio of clients. 

- Reconcile payroll tax accounts and resolve any discrepancies. 

- Assist clients with year-end payroll processing and reporting, including W-2 and 1099 preparation and filing. 

- Stay up to date with ever-changing federal, state, and local payroll tax laws, regulations, and reporting requirements. 

- Research and resolve payroll tax issues and discrepancies, including responding to notices from taxing authorities. 

- Provide guidance and support to clients regarding payroll tax compliance and best practices. 

- Maintain accurate and organized payroll tax records for all clients. 

Job Requirements

-MUST READ, WRITE AND SPEAK ENGLISH FLUENTLY.

- Dedicated experience in United States payroll tax preparation and filing in a public accounting firm, payroll service bureau, or similar high-volume environment. 

- Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred. 

- Strong understanding of federal, multi-state, and local payroll tax laws and regulations. 

- Proficiency with payroll software (e.g., QuickBooks Payroll, ADP, Paychex, Gusto, CFS) and tax preparation software. 

- Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy. 

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially for reconciliation and error resolution. 

- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple clients and deadlines. 

- Effective communication skills (written and verbal) to interact clearly with clients and team members. 

- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment. 

- Client-service oriented with a professional and ethical approach.
