• Ensuring quality finishing and adherence to technical standards.
• Monitor performance of technicians, contractors and suppliers.
• To carry out Technical supervision of ongoing Finishing works at all stages
• To check the storage of materials.
• To coordinate testing of materials wherever applicable and ensure specified quality standards are adhered to.
• Responsible for site preparation to building completion.
• Experienced with all execution phases.
• Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
• Planning the work and efficiently organizing the facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
• Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site.
• Preparing reports as required.
• Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
