Job Description
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and support them in customer engagement. |
Provide technical support to sales teams during any phase of the sales process to ensure the right solutions are presented to clients. |
Meet with clients to understand their technical requirements, including details of the systems and equipment used in their projects. |
Provide technical consultations on printing solutions, equipment, and related systems such as specialized electrical systems and software solutions. |
Follow up with sales after submitting proposals to ensure all requirements are clear and address any technical queries. |
Work to identify customer needs through detailed discussions and an analysis of their technical environment. |
Provide guidance and advice to customers based on their current and future requirements. |
Conduct product demonstrations, webinars, and training sessions tailored to the client’s needs. |
Show how the solution integrates with clients' existing systems and highlight the value proposition and benefits of the proposed solutions. |
Prepare bids, quotations, and arrange RFPs. |
Prepare tender/technical submittals as per the consultant's requirements and specifications. |
Provide sales with integrated technical and cost proposals based on the client's needs and project requirements. |
Coordinate with sales teams to create proposals that meet customer needs. |
Ensure proposals align with company strategies and utilize the latest technologies. |
Follow up with sales after the proposal submission and provide updates. |
Provide feedback and recommendations to the sales team and management based on customer responses. |
Keep up to date with the latest technologies. |
Monitor developments in the printing industry, integrated systems, and software to ensure we offer innovative solutions to clients.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering |
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Presales, preferably in active systems, and other solutions. |
Hands-on experience working with systems integration. |
Ability to present technical solutions to clients in a professional manner. |
Previous experience working closely with sales teams and engaging with customers during pre-sales. |
