Job Description
- Responsible for handling all reservations and requests received via emails, voice calls, and social media messages and correctly logging them into the hotel system
- Respond to all customers in a highly professional manner, including ensuring all reservations are completed accurately and to the guest's expectation
- Provide prompt and efficient service while maintaining the hotel brand standards
- Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, email, or social media.
- Identify guest reservation needs and determine appropriate room types.
- Verify availability of room type and rate. Explain guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies to callers.
- Follow reservation techniques to maximize revenue. Input and access data in the reservation system.
- Follow proper escalation procedures when addressing guest concerns.
- Communication skills are utilized for a significant amount of time when interacting with guests and suppliers
Job Requirements
- Any relevant bachelor degree.
- Proven experience in a reservation role.
- Very good command of English.
- Excellent communication skills
- Polite and confident with a great deal of patience
- Multitasking and time-management
- Aptitude in resolving issues with a customer-focused orientation
