Job Description:
- Generate Leads: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research and outreach.
- Engage Clients: Connect with potential customers via emails, calls, and social media to present tailored solutions.
- Schedule Meetings: Set up and manage product demos and introductory calls with prospects.
- Follow Through: Build relationships through consistent follow-ups to maintain client interest.
- Collaborate: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align efforts and achieve goals.
- CRM Updates: Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM.

Job Requirements
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
- Proven sales track record
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Proficiency in English
- Market knowledge
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
- BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
