Job Description
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
- Develop and execute comprehensive advertising campaigns across various digital channels, including social media, search engines, and email.
- Analyze client briefs to understand their objectives, target audience, and budget.
- Track campaign performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize results.
- Prepare detailed campaign reports that highlight key performance indicators and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with other team members, including creative, media planning, and analytics professionals, to ensure successful campaign execution.
Job Requirements
● Experience as an Account Executive, or similar sales/customer service role
● Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles
● Very Good knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (eg. Salesforce) is a plus
● Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
● Organizational and time-management skills
● A business acumen

● BSc or BA in business administration or Mass Comm
