Job Description
Main Role: identifying potential clients, projects via approaching consultants and main contractors, secure sales and follow up on sales secured focused on Wooden Works (Flooring, Doors & Furniture)
- Promote the details about our Wooden products i.e Names , Designs , Materials , Quality and our own varieties and capabilities
- Conducting marketing research to identify industry trends and commercial opportunities.
- Involved in arranging for quotes and negotiating quotes (tendering)
- Issue detailed quotes with proper specifications included
- Market analysis & Client Segmentation
- Follow Up on site progress to ensure all is in order
- Supporting with key local and/or international events focusing on all wooden works
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Attend and/or arrange for meetings, conferences and industry-related events.
- Report on successes and areas requiring improvement.
- Ensuring company branding is implemented via various communication channels/material.
Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge of wooden furniture, wooden doors, wooden flooring in interior finishing.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Preferable to be Proficient in Autocad. Able to read and review drawings; ability to issue shop drawings is a big plus.
- Preferable Bachelor Degree in Architecture - Interior Design - Fine Arts - Applied Arts
- Must have a good command of written & spoken English.
