Job Description
- Grow Yodawy's share of sales revenue through pitching Yodawy's proposition to Medical insurance providers and brokers.
- Own and Manage customer relationships within the portfolio of accounts.
- Execute the set marketing calendar with the handled accounts.
- Develop and track Account Plans for important accounts.
- Manage credit, pricing, rebates, and budget for important accounts.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
- Develop internal and customer presentations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, business management, marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience working in account management or marketing.
- Advanced business modeling skills.
- Ability to build customer pipeline and convert leads to accounts.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Arabic and English).
