Job Description
- Cleans and checks data, and updates market intelligence database.
- Identifies market potential, estimates potential sales, introduces market, and distribution channels.
- Defines promotional activities, publicizing the product through the Social media, sales force, and alternate distribution channels.
- Communicates with outside advertising agencies on ongoing campaigns.
- Maintain Media list and editorial Calendars Manage all aspects of our e-marketing Developing and implementing Social media strategies for our website.
- Managing profiles and pages on social networking sites including Facebook , Twitter , Google Ads , Instagram and Yellow Pages .
- Monitoring and reporting usage statistics and other relevant data Managing message boards and social media replies and content writing Finding and engaging social media influences in different regions
- Plans, organizes, and coordinates Desired Social Media Marketing Programs to ensure accomplishment of financial/budgetary goals and optimum allocation of resources.
- Prepare monthly report of market intelligence that includes & not limited to Market & Competition Position Advertising / promotion made & expenditure.
- Helps gather, analyze, and compare competitor data and pricing to that of Company.
Job Requirements
- University Certificate in Marketing.
- Build and manage the company’s Social Media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.
- 2 years plus of experience in real estate companies.
- Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.
- Run regular social promotions and campaigns and track their success (e.g. Twitter chats, LinkedIn discussions, etc.).
