Job Description
- Analyze project budgets, expenses, and variances to ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Monitor and analyze project expenditures
- Collaborate with project teams to control expenses effectively, fostering proactive cost management
- Implement and refine cost control strategies
- Review and approve project budgets to ensure alignment with financial objectives and constraints
- Provide comprehensive financial analysis and reporting to stakeholders
- Evaluate and negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors to optimize costs and enhance project profitability
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Construction management or any other relevant qualifications
- Experience from 10 : 15 years.
- Experience in Home Appliances.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and cost estimation
- Proficient in the use of project management software and financial tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities
