Job Description
- Formulating, organizing and monitoring inter-connected projects.
- Deciding on suitable strategies and objectives.
- Coordinating cross-project activities.
- Lead and evaluate project coordinators and other staff.
- Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities.
- Apply change, risk and resource management.
- Assume responsibility for the program’s people and vendors.
- Assess program performance and aim to maximize ROI.
- Resolve projects’ higher scope issues.
- Prepare reports for program directors.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-3 years of relevant experience is required, Technical background preferred.
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills.
- Upper-Intermediate in written and spoken English and Arabic.
- Good writing and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic work environment.
- Knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and other graphics programs is a plus.
