Main Duties:
- Answer phone calls
- Handle faxes in and out
- Review lab invoice
- Keep a log of international calls
- Keep a log of training certificate issued and sent
- Keep a log of training materials
- Keep a log of data show usage
- Keeping and updating clients/ suppliers full data on regular basis
- Filing/ Photocopying
Working Conditions:
- Working hours: 9 am - 5 pm
- Days off: Friday and Saturday
