Job Description
- Greet persons entering corporate office, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
- Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen, or forward calls, providing information, taking messages, or scheduling appointments.
- Schedule appointments and maintain and update appointment calendars.
- Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems
- Open, sort, and route incoming mail, answer correspondence, and prepare outgoing mail.
