Job Description
- Develop and execute marketing programs to promote the company’s brand
- Perform lead generation
- Follow-up stages of production tools and media with suppliers.
- Booking and purchase advertising with various means of promoting.
- Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns.
- The implementation of outdoors booking and buying.
- Participate in Events management.
- Follow all promotional means that Company deal with.
- Develop activities for the CSR plan.
- Search different prices for different media in order to obtain marketing opportunities and reduce the intensity of competition to a minimum.
- Implementation of advertising and promotion activation plan developed based on the recommendations of the direct manager and based on the action plan.
- Communicate with external advertising agencies to implement advertising campaigns.
- Ensure effective control over marketing activities.
- Submit periodic reports on the marketing activities.
- ATL & BTL execution (Media buying& Production, Outdoors, Newspaper, Radio, TV, Printing, Events, Booths)
- Monitors competitor media activity.
- Advertorial Writing
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Marketing or any related field.
- From 1 to 3 years’ experience preferable in real estate companies
- Very Good Command of English.
Technical Skills – (experience)
- Very good Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Knowledge of Market software(Adobe Creative Suite &CRM)
- Understanding the elements of printing materials, and media production.
