Job Description
- Able to use payroll software with accuracy and efficiency.
- Good with numbers and can be trusted with sensitive information.
- Calculate the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses, etc. with the assistance of a computer system
- Receive approval from upper management for payments when needed
- Administer statements of payment to personnel either electronically or on paper
- Process taxes Insurances and payment of employee benefits.
- Prepare reports for upper management, finance department, etc.
- Assist the HR performance contract to support the business plan.
Job Requirements
- BS in Accounting/Finance or related field.
- 3+ years of high-volume payroll experience.
- Proficient level of Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and knowledge of - large payroll processing systems and experience with HRIS system
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and act with a sense of urgency.
- Demonstrate good judgment and confidentiality.
- Excellent time management, follow-through, and organizational skills.
- Advanced spreadsheet and data analysis skills.
