Job Description
- Maintaining and increasing sales of your company's products.
- Reaching the targets and goals set for area.
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding the clients’ base.
- Servicing the needs of the existing customers.
- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
- Setting sales targets for individual reps and the team as a whole.
- Recruiting and training sales staff area.

- Developing sales strategies and setting targets.
- Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach targets.
- Compiling and analyzing sales figures.
- Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts himself.
- Collecting customer feedback and market research.
- Reporting to General Sales Manager.
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
Job Requirements
- Min 7 years of experience in sales (Hospitals)
- Bachelor degree from a reputable University
- Leadership and management skills
- Very good in English
- Strong communication skills
