- Provide tier 1 & tier 2 support for business users
- Support Hardware and Software issue for users in Head office and remote sites
- Acts as hands and eyes for server support
- Handling IOS devices (iPhones/iPads)activation and configurations and support
- Ensuring customer satisfaction according to the SLA agreement with the business
- Handling printer support (activation and configurations and support)
- Contacting vendors for various hardware purchases needed by Organization
- Work as Help Desk support member in team of 4 members·
- Support any hardware or software problem for company users in Head Office and remote sites.
Job Requirements
- Preferred to be graduated from English or international school
- Graduated from GUC,AUC,BUE,CIC is MUST
- Preferred to be graduated from Computer Science or Computer Engineering.·
- Speak fluent English to be able to coordinate with Global/Regional team.·
- Has experience of 3-5 years in other Multinational companies or Computer support companies.
