Job Description
- Draft QA policies and procedures.
- Interpret and implement QA standards.
- Evaluate adequacy of QA standards.
- Devise sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data.
- Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities.
- Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
- Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities.
- Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers.
- Assure ongoing compliance with quality regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of Information Systems or any relative discipline.
- Experience: 1 – 2 Years "Fresh Graduates are highly welcome to apply".
- Broad understanding of computer systems and software basics and standards.
- Detailed-oriented person.
- Adept at anticipating user behavior efficiently and creatively.
- High Ability to communicate clearly and comprehensibly both orally and in writing, in Arabic and English languages.
- Analytical and problem solving skills.
- Quick Learner.
- ISTQB Foundation Certificate is a MUST.
