Job Description
- Work to achieve 100% of the sales plan for all local and export items.
- Issuing purchase orders for raw materials and supplies, according to the supply period for each supplier.
- Follow up on new and amended supply orders from Henkel, Benchmark & Tajmeel companies, what has been produced, what has been uploaded and what has been supplied, while following up on the control over the release process.
- Follow up on price approval and follow up on PPV Cost with issuing a statement of the shipments that have been exported.
- Coordination to confirm or cancel supply orders according to what is agreed upon between the company and between Henkel, Benchmark & Tajmeel companies.
- Follow up on the dates of supplying raw materials and supplies with the Purchasing Department.
- Follow-up with the warehouse management to ensure that the products are loaded and that the documents required for shipment are completed in coordination with the financial department.
- Ensure that the products to be exported are loaded into containers sent from different shipping companies.
- Ensure that all required documents for exporting shipments are completed at the required time.
- Follow up on the reservation of export shipments of products.
- Preparing a statement for the products that have been shipped (for local and export).
- Ensure the arrival of shipping containers according to what is agreed upon with the different shipping companies.
- Commitment to implement the procedures and instructions for occupational safety and health within the company.
- Preparing the required reports with the required accuracy and efficiency and on the specified dates.
- Issuing purchase orders for supplies and following up on balances.
- Follow up on the plan's obstacles and follow up on the arrival of raw materials and supplies with the Procurement Department.
