Job Description
- Monitor and supervise the electrical maintenance activities and provide troubleshooting assistance to the electrical skilled trades
- Assist in the development, documentation and implementation of electrical preventive maintenance programs for the equipment in the plant
- Supervise the electrical Maintenance operations Improvement Program (EMOIP)
- Supervise the maintenance skilled trades (Electricians, Machinists, etc.) as they perform all maintenance related activities in their area of responsibility and ensure applying all safety measures
- Supervise the utilities area activities, machine performance, follow up on obtaining parts/materials and perform all planning as required to perform electrical work orders in the plant
Job Requirements
- Sc. in Electrical Power Engineering
- At least 4 years of experience in electrical maintenance work or facilities management
- Experienced in managing 3rd party contractors
- Strong building and M&E knowledge with hands-on experience
- Able to work independently and possess good interpersonal skills
- Pro-active, independent, able to work with minimal supervision and perform under pressure
- Total Preventive Maintenance experience will advantageous
