Sales Manager needed for a tourism company in Faiyum:
Job Responsibilities:
- Work with Marketing to ensure consistent lead generation.
- Train new salespeople to ensure success.
- Manage day-to-day performance of all sales team members and deliver reviews.
- Work with sales team to generate ideas for sales contests and motivational initiatives.
- Lead and schedule weekly and monthly team meetings with sales team
- Implement performance plans according to company procedure.
- Meet pre-determined revenue goals through the activities of direct reports.
- Train and ensure adherence to sales process.
- Increase Company Sales
- Develop Market Share
What you'll do:
- You’ll be responsible for a team of sales representatives (‘reps’) that sell a particular type of product, or work with a certain type of customer, like business to business sales.
Your day-to-day duties include:
- Recruiting and training sales staff
- Allocating areas to sales reps
- Developing sales strategies and setting sales targets
- Providing feedback and coaching to team members
- Monitoring the team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets
- Compiling and analyzing sales figures
- Reporting back to senior managers
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors
- In some jobs you might also handle major customer accounts, or be involved with marketing as well as sales.
- Preparation work for the new tourist destinations reports.
- Advising management of the best ways and means of presentation packages and marketing of tourist programs.
- Keep an eye on competitors in market and track the market trends.
- Contribute in the sales growth we continue to achieve as a Sales Unit.
- Responsible for developing and improving the sales effectiveness of his business unit.
- Assist in improving sales efficiency and responsible for training for his team.
- Contribute in the annual sales and marketing business plan.
- Advise clients on new services and close deals.
- Most support / sales is done in office (email / phones) but large accounts may require on-site visits.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree; business and marketing majors preferred.
- Two to Five years in a sales representative role; within tourism preferred.
- One year of prior management experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting.
- Hardworking, persistent, and dependable.
- Positive and enthusiastic.
- Has a car
