Job Description
- Provide first & second level of support to customers by Troubleshooting onsite or remotely Photocopiers performance issues & any problems & Replace any defective parts in the customer products.
- Inform customer and check per-installation requirements & site preparations for new H/W Installations.
- Issue & release H/W spare parts from support department spare parts stock and order new spare parts in case of unavailability in the stock & follow up receiving of the ordered spare parts. Proper usage of spare parts.
- Dealing with the Time & Material calls as per the priorities of the work permits. Issue customer quotations for spare parts & working hours.
Job Requirements
- 2-4 Years of experience
- Sc. in electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Communication and/or computer.
- successful technical and field support experience
- High computer application literacy (including Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to learn internal business systems)
- Have a Car is a must.
