Job Description
- Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends
- Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
- Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)
- Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
- Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, TV etc.)
- Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
- Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned
- Working together with all departments to develop projects and meet deadlines
- Execution of ongoing communication with clients.
- Generating business leads, Up selling with Existing Clients to achieve assigned target each quarter.
- Guidance and stewardship throughout the Digital process
- Drive Outcomes, Profitability, and Productivity across accounts
- Determination, bench-marking, messaging and audience identification.
Job Requirements
- Planning Skills
- Experience 2 years in E-Marketing is preferable
- Gender: Females Proven experience as marketing specialist or similar role
- Understanding of marketing elements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (esp. Word and Excel).
- Motivated, creative, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator.
- Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to Handle stressful situations and deadline pressures well.
