Production Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Develops manufacturing processes by studying product requirements; conferring with equipment vendors.
• Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements, and equipment layout.
• Process improvement and waste elimination of time loss.
• Reporting on the daily production of the different products in the daily report.
• Reporting on any deviations from the production plan and the reasons for these deviations (malfunction, experiments…etc).
• Decide what resources are required.
• Estimate costs and set the quality standards.
• Review worker performance.
• Identify training needs.
• Guarantee and verify compliance to all workplace health, safety and environmental norms, applying ‘best practices’ to ensure that work areas are kept clean, orderly and secure
