Job Description

An IT startup company is looking for an Office Administrator where the following duties and responsibilities are:

  • Making and answering telephone calls
  • Maintaining diaries
  • Arranging appointments
  • Taking messages/emails
  • Using various computer packages - Word, Excel, PowerPoint for different duties
  • Prioritizing workload
  • Photocopying and printing
  • Sending emails to vendors and customers

Job Requirements

  • Well-organized with an attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills
  • Confidence with IT and computer packages
  • An ability to stay calm and tactful under pressure
  • Self motivation
  • A bright and positive attitude
  • ICDL is a MUST
