Job Role:
- Sales Manager is accountable for the profitable achievement of sales objectives associated with the assigned market segment.
- Establishes and maintains effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full product, systems, services offering, and align to provide a solution.
- Identifies and qualifies opportunities to establish a pipeline which will meet targets
- Establishes value proposition and win strategy for all qualified opportunities including strategy for beating the competition
- Identifies and influences decision makers, influencers and stakeholders (internal and external)
- Maintaining weekly account status reports and pipeline reports
- Closes deals on sales campaigns that they are leading.

Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years of related experience in Enterprise Solutions selling with track record of achieving sales targets
- BA in Business Administration or Computer degree or work experiences a strong plus.
- Must demonstrate strong customer focus; understanding of the sales process and ability to produce results; possess strong verbal and written communication skills; exhibit the ability to develop cross departmental working relationships; desire to be a part of a flexible work environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Market place knowledge sales cycle experience.
