Job Description

Job Role:

  • Sales Manager is accountable for the profitable achievement of sales objectives associated with the assigned market segment.
  • Establishes and maintains effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full product, systems, services offering, and align to provide a solution.
  • Identifies and qualifies opportunities to establish a pipeline which will meet targets
  • Establishes value proposition and win strategy for all qualified opportunities including strategy for beating the competition
  • Identifies and influences decision makers, influencers and stakeholders (internal and external)
  • Maintaining weekly account status reports and pipeline reports
  • Closes deals on sales campaigns that they are leading.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years of related experience in Enterprise Solutions selling with track record of achieving sales targets
  • BA in Business Administration or Computer degree or work experiences a strong plus.
  • Must demonstrate strong customer focus; understanding of the sales process and ability to produce results; possess strong verbal and written communication skills; exhibit the ability to develop cross departmental working relationships; desire to be a part of a flexible work environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Market place knowledge sales cycle experience.
