Job Description

We are actively seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Representatives. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates from the American University in Cairo (AUC), the German University in Cairo (GUC), or the British University in Egypt (BUE) who are fluent in English. As a Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in promoting and selling our products/services to a diverse customer base. This position offers a challenging yet rewarding career path with ample opportunities for growth and development.

Responsibilities:

  1. Actively engage with potential customers, both in person and over the phone, to promote and sell our products/services.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and providing excellent customer service.
  3. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.
  4. Create and deliver persuasive sales proposals, and negotiate terms to close deals.
  5. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  7. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve common goals.
  8. Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to management regarding market trends and customer preferences.
  9. Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training and professional development.
     

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from AUC, GUC, or BUE in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of sales experience.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Persuasive and confident communication style.
  • Passion for sales and achieving targets.
  • Customer-focused mindset and ability to build rapport.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license (preferred).
