Job Description

  • Review & control all financial transactions
  • Perform daily journal entries
  • Review & maintain accurate financial records
  • Preparation & issuance of invoices
  • Preparation & issuance of regular financial reports & perform relevant financial analysis
  • Filing of paperwork & digital files
  • Proper handling & arrangement of information along with legal accounting consultants
  • Maintain accurate legal records & registrations for the company
  • Follow-up the collection of due payments
  • Maintain smooth relation with the banks & perform all related bank operations
  • Petty cash management

Job Requirements

  • Work experience as an Accountant
  • BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Experience with general ledger functions
  • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
  • Good command of English language (typing & reading)
  • Experience with accounting software is a plus
  • Heliopolis resident is preferred
  • Additional certification (CPA or CMA) is a plus
