Job Description
The position holder will be responsible for the company's accounting operations, entering purchase invoices, issuing sales invoices, bank reconciliations, and preparing the necessary reports and tax returns according to the system followed in Saudi Arabia.
- Entering accounting data and financial files into the accounting program used in the company.
- Analyze financial data and provide the necessary recommendations.
- Periodic entry and periodic updating of purchase invoices, sales invoices, and any other expense invoices.
- Periodic bank reconciliations.
- Preparing tax returns according to the system followed in Saudi Arabia by ZATCA.
- Uploading supporting documents for invoices to the company's accounting program.
- Prior knowledge of using Zoho Books and Odoo.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Accounting.
- Ability to use technical solutions and benefit from the advantages of accounting programs to facilitate the completion of tasks accurately
- Possesses good computer skills and use Excel specifically.
- Possesses time management and organization skills.
- Ability to withstand the pressures of remote work and work with a team.
- Possess effective communication skills
- Focus and pay attention to the smallest details and maintain the accuracy and organization of information.
- Ability to organize assigned tasks through company applications.
- Proficiency in English reading and writing (intermediate level) is preferred.
