Job Description
- Full knowledge of accounting software and spreadsheets
- Analyzing the financial year using approved auditing methods and preparing financial reports
- Analyzing expenses and revenues, preparing and analyzing cost items, completion rates and deviations
- Direct and control all accounting, financial and reporting activities of the company.
- Provide financial information to the relevant administrators
- Supervision of documents and financial documents.
- Planning, implementing and supervising appropriate accounting strategies
- Preparing liquidity reports and debt analysis
- Carry out necessary reviews and analyzes and evaluate opportunities to reduce costs
- Working on providing new sources of funding; to reduce loans
- Scheduling and analyzing loans and working on reducing them and knowing the amount of money available to meet the company's needs.
- Provide suggestions to improve the company's financial accounting systems and procedures
- Monitor the use of revenues to ensure the implementation of its approved plans and the ability to pay its obligations.
- Managing the company's budget preparation process.
Job Requirements
- Extensive corporate and personal tax experience
- Good MS Office skills particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel.
- Able to motivate the team and lead.
- Able to thrive in deadline-driven environment
- Maximum age 35 years.
- BS degree in Accounting or Finance
- At least 5 years of experience with construction companies
