Initiation

• Ensure project initiation documents are developed and approved as per the company standards (project charter, business case, techno-commercial comparisons, etc..)

Planning

• Develop the project management plan including mainly the project objectives (quality, time, and budget )
• Breakdown the project into manageable activities that can be monitored and highlighted with a view of a critical path and bottlenecks
• Validate resource availability and allocation and coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects
• Identify each activity timeline and dependencies and relations between different activities

Execution

• Manage changes to the scope, schedule and costs using appropriate techniques
• Communicate efficiently and manage the relationships with all stakeholders

Monitoring & Controlling

• Identify bottlenecks, critical activities and risks and ensure effective management
• Measure and analyze the project performance Develop progress and status reports on the project level and overall projects level

Closing

• Formally close the project by obtain acceptance by the customer
• Archive all the relevant project documents

PMO Continuous development

• Continuous development of the project management practices including governance, policies, processes, procedures and templates
