Job Description
- Manage and monitor all back-end required actions, insure all tasks are fulfilled by internal team and partners in a timely manner to assure MIX AND MATCH is providing consumers’ best digital experience.
- Identify areas of improvement in internal operation and web service.
- Produce up to date reports and documents showing web portal performance.
- Work closely with analytics and KPIs to recommend ways for service improvement.
- Work closely with all partners, integrated and central team services to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Provide training for all web related services to central team.
Job Requirements
- Experience in managing E-commerce or online shopping operations IS REQUIRED (no exceptions, minimum 2 years required)
- Strong IT and digital marketing experience
- Prior experience in fashion industry (preferred)
- Highly organized and detail oriented, with the ability to effectively coordinate stakeholders
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Fluent in Arabic and English (REQUIRED)
- Office located at 6th of October Industrial Zone
