Job Description
- Analyzing and making detailed market research to see the size of the data we can get it to reach out to the desired buyers.
- Analyzing of markets and foreign companies and their sectors.
- Searching for new companies from different countries (Africa, the Gulf and Europe) and obtaining a means of communication and knowing the person in charge.
- Examination and review of companies' products.
- Calling the potential buyers via phone or email and inviting them to attend exhibitions and conferences.
- Following-up with them and maintain a relationship between us to ensure they are satisfied.
- Entering the application form on our system for both sellers and buyers to ensure proper match meetings are scheduled.
- Sending invitations to buyers and following them up.
- Following-up of travel documents belonging to buyers.
- Conduct meetings with sellers to know their potential buyers and understand their unique selling points.
- Organizing on-ground events as needed and ensure that all meetings are conducted smoothly and efficiently.
Job Requirements
- BSc/BA in PR, communications, journalism or relevant field.
- Proven experience at least 1 year of experience as a Telesales (English Account).
- Fluent in English (Must)
- Proven experience as public relations specialist or similar position
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Aptitude in presentation and public speaking.
- Excellent Sales Skills.
- Excellent Customer Service Skills.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients.
