• Represent the company in external booths and stores across all Egypt, to facilitate and provide the required assistance for customers to either download FORSA mobile application & / OR activation of the credit limits.
  •Collect all required & requested docs from customers & review them Vs. the required documents generated from the system.
  •Ensure that customers fill & sign the required documents in a complete manner that will make all the legal documents of the customer complete & as per the legal requirements.
  •Finalize the documentation process with professional way and proper documents process. 
  • Sending all contracts to the company on daily basis and delivering them before going on vacation
  • Reduce errors and maintain documentary quality. 
   
  * Qualifications:
  - Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any equivalent field.
  - 0-3 years of experience. Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus.
  - Good in written and spoken English.
  - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  - Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills.
  - Ability to work under minimal supervision.
  -High level of Commitment.
