Project Coordination and Implementation:

• Assist in planning and overseeing project activities to ensure timely and successful implementation.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and milestones, addressing any delays or challenges.
• Coordinate with clinic managers, approval team leader, field and support teams to ensure alignment with project goals.

Team Supervision:

• Provide leadership and guidance to project staff, ensuring high levels of performance.
• Facilitate training and capacity-building sessions to strengthen team competencies.
• Resolve operational issues and provide on-ground support as required.

Monitoring and Reporting:

• Monitor project progress using predefined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• preparing periodic reports, including progress updates, challenges, and recommendations.
• Conduct field visits to evaluate the quality of services and identify areas for improvement.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Serve as a point of contact for project stakeholders, including partners, donors, and government entities.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration with UNHCR and other relevant organizations.
• Represent the project in external meetings and discussions when required.

Resource Management:

• Support in managing project resources, including financial, human, and logistical aspects, to ensure efficient use.
• Assist in procurement processes and inventory management for project-related materials.
• Ensure adherence to the project’s budget and financial policies.

Compliance and Risk Management:

• Ensure project activities comply with organizational policies and donor requirements.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with the Project Manager.
• Promote adherence to ethical standards and data protection policies.
