Job Description
Concerning International & Regional Markets:
- Following up with Customs Representative on the hallmarking process
- Receiving the products weights from both the FP warehouse as well as Customs Representative to make sure that the packing lists are aligned
- Following up with the fulfillment agency until receiving the orders
- Issuing the customs invoice & packing list needed for shipping (Each market & country has specific requirements for these invoices that must be followed as per their instructions)
- Receiving the AWB & other shipping documents from Customs Representative to be shared with the partners before shipping to get their approvals
- Following up with the agency & partners until the shipment arrives to the stores
- Shipping the packaging through DHL
- Issuing the invoices & packing list needed for packaging
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor degree is required.
- Language: Perfect command of both spoken & written in English and Arabic.
- Work Experience: 3 - 8 years of experience in project Management and ERP system implementation.
- Strong management skills, excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be results-oriented and possess a market understanding know how.
- Strong interpersonal skills that encourage team partnership and promote enthusiasm.
