IT Internal Control Specialist

Internal Control Lead oversees the internal audit process of an organization's information technology systems. They are responsible for conducting assessments to ensure that all IT operations comply with industry standards, guidelines, and regulations. Their key function is to identify potential security threats, IT risks, and control weaknesses within the organization, and provide recommendations for improvement.

Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in Performing and controlling the full internal control cycle including risk management and control management over operations’ effectiveness and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations.
• Determine internal control scope and develop annual plans.
• Obtain, analyze and evaluate documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts etc.
• prepare and present reports that reflect internal control missions’ results.
• Document process and prepare control missions findings reports.
• Conduct follow up communications to monitor the remediation actions progression.
