Project Architect

Review architectural designs, technical drawings, and construction documents submitted by consultants.

Ensure design proposals comply with project scope, hospitality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Assist in managing design coordination between architecture, structure, MEP, and interior design teams.

Provide feedback to consultants regarding design adjustments and value engineering solutions.

Monitor the design schedule to align with overall project milestones.

Prepare design review reports and documentation for senior management.

Attend site meetings and design workshops, representing the owner’s interests.

Support the RFP process for hiring design consultants and contractors.
