Job Description

As a Sales Director, your responsibilities will include:

  • Seeking out major distributors and forming working relationships with the premier buyers in your sales networks.
  • Forming sales strategies to keep the company competitive and innovative
  • Overseeing and managing a large team of Sales Managers, typically spanning all Egypt regions.
  • Focusing on business from profits and loses concept.
  • Take the incentive for new products development.
  • Accurately forecasting future sales and forming sales plans to adapt to constant shifts in the marketplace
  • Serving as a business representative at major industry events, conferences, trade shows, and expositions
  • Maximizing company profit.
  • Involvement in staff recruitment process and recommendation of new talent to be joined the sales team.

Job Requirements

  • Proven sales experience track in FMCG industry.
  • At least 5 years experience in the same level.
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executives.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Proven ability to position products against competitors.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent.
