Job Description

  • Design,communicate and implement an Traditional sales strategy and associated plans that support the company strategies and values.
  • Deliver significant volume growth, while maintaining continued growth in profitability.
  • Overseas Sales team to ensure a smooth processes that leads to achieving Sales targets, objectives and KPIs through assuring the full alignment with the Organization policies & objective.
  • Design and Manage Business Development Activities in order to increase efficiency & effectiveness of the Sales function.
  • Develops and implements sales strategy through the definition of short and long term objectives.
  • Evaluates new opportunities and sales channels.
  • Analyze and forecast sales opportunities as well as marketing activities for efficiency evaluation.
  • Leads the development of Sales activities in all channels (wholesales, retail, key accounts etc.)
  • Evaluates contracts conditions and incentives scheme for different channels and control its proper implementation and execution.
  • Ensures business development of traditional sales channels.
  • Utilize and manage business available resources (human, financial, assets etc.) for most effective territory development (return on investments, team efficiency).
  • Provide expert customer service and market insights to accelerate product adoption.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree of related discipline.
  • Minimum 14 to 18 years of sales experience, With at least 8 years of national sales leadership roles.
  • Previous FMCG experience is a MUST
  • Deep experience with wholesale distribution, business to business marketing, irrigation design and installation.
  • Experience driving sales strategy.
  • Extreme self motivation and leadership skills.
  • Fluent English.
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
