Job Description
- Calls potential clients to explain products and services offered by the company and to set meetings.
- Conducts outbound telemarketing campaigns over the phone to explain company’s products and services.
- Conducts phone surveys and interviews.
- Can achieve monthly target assigned by direct manager.
- Builds customer relationship/ rapport.
- Answers clients’ inquiries on social media.
- Prepares social media calendar with Marketing Manager.
- Participates in creating and Implementing marketing plan.
- Collects data from different physical and online data sources.
- Maintains quality of service by following organization’s standards.
- Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing publications.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree.
- Previous experience in technology is a plus.
- Presentable.
- Motivated.
- Good written and spoken English and Arabic.
- Able to achieve goals and meet deadlines.
