Job Description
- Responsible for continuous searching and contacting of suppliers to achieve highest quality and lowest prices for the supplied items.
- Receive samples and prices from potential suppliers and submit it to the concerned departments for technical approval and prices update.
- Assist issuing purchase orders to foreign suppliers and ensure consistency with the previously approved samples.
- Continuously update the suppliers' price lists according to new market variables and changes.
- Update safety stocks on ERP system for purchased items, whenever needed and on regular basis.
- Establishes and maintains the integrity of the administrative file system in accordance with the Department policy.
- Ensure that position activities are appropriate to the company’s operational needs and in line with previously approved ISO standard.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Economics, Commerce, business or equivalent.
- Solid computer skills and Microsoft office are must.
- Excellent English language.
- Cairo resident.
- Well-organized and detail oriented.
- Able to work on flexible working hours.
